Carol Ruth Caudill

Carol Ruth Caudill, age 78, of Waynesburg, Kentucky, passed away Friday, November 13, 2020 at Stanford Care & Rehabilitation in Stanford, Kentucky.  Born Saturday, August 29, 1942 in the Ottenheim Community of Lincoln County, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Rollin & Lillie (Delaney) Harris.  Ruth was the widow of the late James Lowell Caudill, who preceded her in death Wednesday, May 26, 2004.  Ruth was a homemaker, farmer, and house sitter, and was of the Baptist faith.  Ruth loved working outdoors. 

Ruth leaves behind two brothers, Ronnie Harris Rudolph (Jeri) and Donnie Harris Rudolph (Faye) of Paducah, Kentucky; three sisters, Rose Leach of Waynesburg, Brenda Lambert of Paducah, and Martha Butler Mackey (Ted) of Arkansas; and two special nieces, Kathy Benton Brown and Edna Mae Goodin both of Waynesburg.

In addition to her husband and parents, Ruth was preceded in death by one brother, Ronald Harris; two brothers-in-law, Edward Leach and Keith Lambert.

A Public Funeral Service will be held 11:00AM Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at Barnett, Demrow & Friend Funeral Home with Bro. Kerry Jones officiating the service.  The service will be lived streamed on Barnett, Demrow & Friend Funeral Home's Facebook page.  Burial will follow in Leach-Caudill Cemetery.  Craig Padgett, Roger Estes, Bryan Payton, Brandon Sims, Bruce Goodin, and John David Friend will serve as Active Pallbearers.

The Public Visitation will be held 5-7PM Monday, November 16, 2020 at the funeral home.
