Bryan "Opie" Walls

Bryan “Opie” Walls, age 43, of Kings Mountain, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, October 18, 2020 at Ephraim McDowell Regional Hospital in Danville, Kentucky. Born Tuesday, May 10, 1977 in Danville, he was the son of Larry Dean Walls, Sr. of Kings Mountain and the late Cindy Atkins Walls. Opie previously worked for Asplundh Tree Service. He enjoyed fishing and loved his grandchildren.

In addition to his father, Opie leaves behind one daughter, Paige Yocum (Nick Cooksey) of Hustonville, Kentucky; two grandchildren, Nyhla Johnson and Havanna Lamb of Hustonville; one brother, Larry Walls, Jr. (Tracy Moore) of McKinney, Kentucky; one nephew, Steven Walls of Waynesburg, Kentucky; one niece, Carly Walls of Waynesburg; “daughters,” Brittani Moberly and Savannah Messer.

A Public Visitation will be held 11AM-1PM Thursday, October 22, 2020 at Fox & Friend Funeral Home.

A Public Funeral Service will be held 1:00PM Thursday, October 22, 2020 at the funeral home. Bro. Billy Brown will officiate the service. Burial will follow in New Salem Cemetery.  Larry Walls Jr., Kasey Walls, Steven Walls, Aaron McNew, Nick Cooksey, David Johnson Jr. & Paige Yocum will serve as Active Pallbearers.
