Johnny Mark Tucker, age 52, of Eubank, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky after a long illness. Born Tuesday, November 23, 1965 in Somerset, Kentucky, he was the son of Johnny Wendell Tucker of Eubank and the late Wilda Jean Mayfield Tucker. Mark owned and operated Tucker Trucking. He enjoyed being outdoors, especially riding four-wheelers and motorcycles. Mark had a great sense of humor and loved helping others without them knowing he was the one who was helping them.
In addition to his father, Mark leaves behind his fiancé, Tammy O’Conner of Eubank; two sons, James “Nick” Stumph and Joshua Cannon O’Conner both of Eubank; two daughters, Kyra Ann O’Conner and Cheyenne Rose O’Conner both of Eubank; two sisters, Kimberly Adams of Somerset and Kathy Choate (Ken) of Casey County, Kentucky; three nephews, Johnnie Dean Adams (Beth), James David Langford, and Hassan Radwan; two nieces, Tara Floyd and Kimber Keeney (Joe); and several great-nieces, great-nephews and other extended family members and friends who mourn his passing.
In addition to his mother, Mark was preceded in death by one son, Haven Michael O’Conner; one infant brother, Wendell Eugene Tucker; and one niece, Chelsie Bryant Phelps.
A Funeral Service will be held 1:00PM Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at Barnett, Demrow and Friend Funeral Home with Bro. Jerry Martin officiating the service. Burial will follow in Good Hope Cemetery in Eubank. Johnnie Dean Adams, David Mounce, Farrell Tucker, Richard Tucker, Eddie Tucker, Joshua O’Conner, and Nick Stumph will serve as Active Pallbearers.
The Visitation will be held 5PM-8PM Monday, May 21, 2018 at the funeral home.
