Tonia Harris

Tonia Harris, age 37, of Kings Mountain, Kentucky, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, October 15, 2024.  Born Sunday, September 27, 1987, in Somerset, Kentucky, she was the daughter of Teresa Sims McQueary of Kings Mountain.  Her loving husband, whom she married Saturday, August 18, 2018, is Jeremy Shane Harris, Sr. of Kings Mountain.  Tonia was a homemaker and attended Hebron Lakeside Church in Crab Orchard, Kentucky.  Tonia enjoyed fishing, cooking, and singing. 

In addition to her husband and mother, Tonia leaves behind three sons, Jeremy Blake Harris of Kings Mountain, Jeremy Shane Harris, Jr., of Eubank, Kentucky, and Joey Simmons of Kings Mountain; two daughters, Brianna Jade Harris of Kings Mountain, and Sydney Danielle Harris of Lancaster, Kentucky; three grandchildren, Nikita Gomez, Dominic Gomez, and Lyrica Gomez; and several other extended family members and friends who mourn her passing.

Tonia was preceded in death by one infant son, Gabriel Shane Harris; maternal grandparents, Hubert Gene & Imogene King Sims; and in-laws, William Goebel & Betty Ann Harris.

Cremation Rites have been honored.  No public services will be held.
