Teresa Ann Hines Walls

Teresa Ann Hines Walls, age 52, of Stanford, passed away unexpectedly, on Friday, May 17, 2024.  Teresa was the second born of Gene and Patsy “Annie” Hines on Saturday, May 29, 1971, in Danville.

Teresa married Darrell Walls in 1988.  They shared a once in a lifetime kind of love.  Teresa and Darrell went on to have two sons, Zachary and Cameron, that she absolutely adored.  She gained two daughters, Amber and Autum, when her sons married.  Her favorite title, however, was “Mimi”.  Eleanor and Easton were her world. Teresa was a full-time Homemaker and Grandmother, babysitting her grandchildren was where she found the most joy.  She loved to go camping, ride on the back of Darrell’s Harley and gardening. She loved those things even more when her family was involved.

Teresa was predeceased by her mother, Patsy “Annie” Hines, her father-in-law, Carlos Darrell Walls, her grandparents, and her first child, whom she never got a chance to meet.  She is survived by her adoring husband, Darrell, her son’s and their wives, Zachary (Amber), Cameron (Autum), her grandchildren, Ellie and Easton, her father Gene Hines, her brother Gene “Jr” (Kelley) Hines her sister, Patricia (Jeff) McCoy and her mother-in-law Bivian Walls.  As well as several beloved nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Her pallbearers include Jeff McCoy, Jr. Hines, Robbie Boyd, Billy Bowles, Greg Landis, and Rodney Asberry.  Honorary pallbearers include Melinda and Corey Evans, Eleanor Walls, Easton Walls, Abagail Pittman, Charles Baxter, Tony Walls, Jeff Walls, Brittany Mullins, Dewayne Walls, Chazmun Walls, Jacob Rice, Lucy Hines, and Carla Cunningham.

A visitation will be held at Fox & Friend Funeral Home on, Monday, May 20,2024 from 11:00am to 1:00 p.m.  The Funeral Service will follow at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Buffalo Springs Cemetery.  Bro. Vola Brown and Bro. Chris Taylor will officiate the service. The Funeral Service will be livestreamed on Teresa’s memorial page of the funeral homes website.
