Steven William "Stevie" Boyd

Steven William “Stevie” Boyd, age 75, of Stanford, Kentucky, passed away Friday, August 16, 2024, at his home.  Born Wednesday, July 20, 1949, in Danville, Kentucky, he was the son of the late James William & Edith Mae Cox Boyd.  Stevie was a U.S. Navy Veteran and previously was a factory worker.

Stevie leaves behind two sons, Alfred Boyd of Texas and Derek Boyd of Florida; two daughters, Jennifer Boyd of Texas and Laura Boyd of Florida; numerous grandchildren; three brothers, David Lee Boyd (Debra) of Stanford, James Boyd of Junction City, Kentucky, and Darrell Boyd (Betsy) of Mackinaw, Illinois; one sister, Linda Baker of Salt Lake City, Utah; and several extended family members and friends who mourn his passing. 

A Public Graveside Service will be held 10:00AM Monday, August 26, 2024, at Camp Nelson National Cemetery, with Full Military Honors.

Burial will immediately follow the Graveside Service.
