Ronald Duane “Ronnie” Bradshaw, age 69, of Stanford, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2024. Born Wednesday, June 22, 1955, in Cincinnati, Ohio, he was the son of the late Adria Duane & Joyce Faye Wall Bradshaw. His loving wife, whom he married Saturday, June 26, 1976, is Pauline Schlappi Bradshaw. Ronnie previously worked at Flav-O-Rich in Somerset, Kentucky (18 years), Branch Manager at Ag Credit in Stanford (14 years), Farmers National Bank, and Kentucky Farm Bureau. Ronnie was a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church, where he previously served as Sunday School Director (18 years). Ronnie loved spending time with his grandchildren, and enjoyed golfing, fishing, and watching UK Basketball.
In addition to his wife, Ronnie leaves behind two sons, Jason Duane Bradshaw (Kathleen) of Cumming, Georgia, and Brent Ronald Bradshaw of Nicholasville, Kentucky; two grandchildren, Madison Anne Bradshaw and Mason Christopher Bradshaw; three brothers, Thomas Lee Bradshaw, Richard Dale Bradshaw, and Robert Dee Bradshaw all of Somerset; five sisters, Teresa Ann Proudfoot of Somerset, Debra Jane Easterly of Science Hill, Kentucky, Janice Faye Surber of Somerset, Regina Rose Bradshaw of Science Hill, and Tammy Cheryl Tilley (Mike) of Somerset; and several nieces, nephews and other extended family members and friends who mourn his passing.
In addition to his parents, Ronnie was preceded in death by one infant daughter, Wendy Gayle Bradshaw.
A Public Visitation will be held 11AM-1PM Friday, July 5, 2024, at Fox & Friend Funeral Home.
A Public Funeral Service will be held 1:00PM Friday, at the funeral home. Bro. Vola Brown will officiate the service. The Funeral Service will be livestreamed on Ronnie’s memorial page of the funeral home’s website.
Dan Wells, David Carrigan, Oris Winstead, Richard Bradshaw, Robert Bradshaw, Tommy Bradshaw, Paul Wyler, Cecil Schlappi, Hershel Haste, and Ronnie’s golfing buddies: Jeremy Boyle, Jack Stull, Timmy Whitis, Tim Preston, Popcorn Brown, Lonnie Pruitt, and Keenan McWhorter will serve as Honorary Pallbearers.
Following the Funeral Service, Cremation Rites will be honored. Private burial will take place in Double Springs Cemetery in Waynesburg, Kentucky.
