Rhonda Lee Baxter Tokle

Rhonda Lee Baxter Tokle, age 61, of Crab Orchard, Kentucky, passed away peacefully Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at Baptist Health in Lexington, Kentucky, with her husband by her side.  Born Friday, September 18, 1964, in Lexington, she was the daughter of the late Ron & Priscilla Montgomery Baxter.  Her loving husband, whom she married Sunday, July 13, 1997, is Harold R. “Howie” Tokle, Jr. of Crab Orchard.  Rhonda was a nurse practitioner and most recently worked for Spero Health in Danville, Kentucky.  Rhonda was a member of Danville Seventh Day Adventist (SDA) Church.  She loved to garden and had an eye for detail with the beautiful interior designs of her home.  Rhonda also enjoyed traveling, especially to the beach, and listening to live music. 

In addition to her husband, Rhonda leaves behind one son, Retired Air Force Veteran Eric Austin Pearl (Ashley) of Summerville, South Carolina; two daughters, Emily Pearl of Crab Orchard, and Charlotte Tokle of Chattanooga, Tennessee; two grandchildren, Skylar Pearl and Jah’King Perkins; two sisters, Kathy Baxter and Terri Graves (Marvin) both of Georgetown, Kentucky; one brother-in-law, David Jones of Lexington; two sisters-in-law by marriage, Andrea Miller (Jay) of Stanford, Kentucky, and Laura Lynne Biestek (Dennis Gagnon) of Wallingford, Connecticut; and numerous beloved nieces, nephews and other extended family members and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, Rhonda was preceded in death by one sister, Cheryl Crews; and her father and mother-in-law, Harold Raymond & Eleanor Tokle.

Cremation Rites honored.

A Public Celebration of Life will be held 4PM Sunday, May 17, 2026, at Danville SDA Church, 2630 Perryville Road, Danville, KY 40422.
