Randy Kidd Obituary

Randy Everette Kidd, 59, of Waynesburg passed away January 2, 2026, at his home. He was born in Lincoln County on February 6, 1966, to Mae Frances Middleton Johnson and the late Everette Ray Kidd.

Randy was a man with lots of friends who was always willing to lend a hand to those in need. Randy enjoyed using his talents, such as working on cars and his handyman skills, to better the lives of those around him.

In addition to his mother, surviving is one son, Rance Eddie Cole Kidd of Casey County; two brothers Billy Petrey of Waynesburg and Carlos Ray Kidd of Texas; two sisters, Janafer Thomas (Paul) of Liberty and Crystal Christina Kidd of Stanford; a grandson, Brody Kidd of Casey County; a niece, Tamera Hamm (Josh) of Richmond; and one nephew, Charles Petrey of Waynesburg.

A public visitation will be held 10 - 11 AM, Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at Barnett, Demrow & Friend Funeral Home.

A public funeral service will be held 11 AM on Tuesday at the funeral home with Bro. David Eastham officiating. The funeral service will be livestreamed on Randy’s memorial page of the funeral home’s website.

Burial will follow at Double Springs Cemetery. Charles Petrey will serve as honorary pallbearer.
