Quentin Dale Hubble, age 89, of Lexington, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, March 30, 2025, at Thomson-Hood Veterans Center in Wilmore, Kentucky. Born Thursday, September 12, 1935, in Somerset, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Thomas A. Hubble, Sr. and the late Ruby Pauline Trowbridge Hubble. Quentin was a U.S. Air Force Veteran and retired from Greyhound, after driving for over 20 plus years. Quentin loved attending horse races, reading, and walking.
Quentin leaves behind two daughters, Carmileta Hubble (Carl Carlsen) of Lexington and Melyn Hubble Townsend (Byron) of Tollesboro, Kentucky; six grandchildren, Cherry Rodgers, Melynn Rayome, Emily Hubble, Zachary Hubble, Tommy Rayome (Emma), and Quentin Rayome; five great-grandchildren, Patrick, Destiny, Dynasty, Bishop, and Zyler; five great-great grandchildren, Lonnie, Houston, Laylin, Memphis, and Visyn; two sisters, Eunice Waters (Jesse) and Joan Fleckinger (Albert) both of Cincinnati, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews and numerous other extended family members and friends who mourn his passing.
In addition to his parents, Quentin was preceded in death by one daughter, Caroline Hubble; and two brothers, Billy Jack Hubble and Thomas A. Hubble, Jr.
Cremation Rites have been honored.
A Public Graveside Memorial Service will be held 1:00PM Saturday, April 5, 2025, at Eubank Cemetery. Army Chaplain Philip Majcher will officiate the service. Burial will follow the service.
