Nancy (Powers) Richardson

Nancy Richardson, age 83, of Sims Ridge Road in Kings Mountain, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, December 22, 2019 at Ephraim McDowell Fort Logan Hospital in Stanford, Kentucky.  Born Thursday, December 3, 1936 in Kingston, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Jordan R. & Clara Long Powers.  Her loving husband, whom she married Saturday, June 28, 1958, is Adrian W. Richardson of Kings Mountain.  Nancy worked, for many years, as a data processor for International Business.  She was a member of Pond Baptist Church and enjoyed reading her Bible, crocheting, sewing, oil painting, sketch painting, and floral design in her spare time.

In addition to her husband, Nancy leaves behind one son, Dennis Keith Richardson of Kings Mountain; one sister, Shirley Adkins of Goshen, Ohio; and several nieces, nephews, and other extended family members and friends who mourn her passing. 

A Funeral Service will be held 12:00PM Friday, December 27, 2019 at Barnett, Demrow & Friend Funeral Home with Bro. Wayne Stephens officiating the service.  Burial will follow in Double Springs Cemetery.

The Visitation will be held 11AM-12PM Friday at the funeral home.
