Michael Dale May

Michael Dale May, age 55, of Science Hill, Kentucky, passed away unexpectedly Monday, June 29, 2026.  Born Wednesday, December 16, 1970, in Chicago, Illinois, he was the son of the late Odell & Saundra Ray May.  Michael was a self-employed mason.  He enjoyed fishing, playing golf, and shooting pool, in his spare time.

Michael leaves behind one son, Jimmy May of Science Hill; one brother, Rodney May (Jodi) of Science Hill; one sister, Michelle Naylor (Charles) of Eubank, Kentucky; and numerous other extended family members and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, Michael was preceded in death by one sister, Ronda Edwards.

Cremation Rites Honored.

A Public Celebration of Life Service will be held 10AM Saturday, July 11, 2026, at Spirit of Truth Outreach, 1205 East Mount Vernon Street, Somerset, KY 42501.  Bro. Dustin York will officiate the service.
