Katherine Darlene Elliott

Katherine Darlene Elliott, age 57, of Stanford, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at her residence.  Born Wednesday, January 2, 1963 in Somerset, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Dewey & Cordia Greer Elliott.  Darlene was a homemaker and member of the Lancaster Church of the Nazarene.  In her spare time, Darlene enjoyed crocheting, quilting, embroidery, sewing, fishing, and attending yard sales.

Darlene leaves behind her companion of 16 years, Hoss Coleman of Stanford; three brothers, Gary Elliott (Irene) of Crab Orchard, Kentucky, and Willis Elliott (Carolyn) and Richard Elliott both of Nicholasville, Kentucky; two sisters, Sharon Bain (David) and Debbie Peel (Odell) both of Nicholasville; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family members and friends who mourn her passing. 

In addition to her parents, Darlene was preceded in death by two brothers, Bobby Elliott and James Elliott; and one sister, Wanda Clark.

A Public Funeral Service will be held 1:00PM Monday, November 2, 2020 at Fox & Friend Funeral Home with Pastor Dwayne Lobb officiating the service.  Burial will follow in Buffalo Springs Cemetery.  Steven Bain, Galen Elliott, Travis Peel, Willie Peel, Junior Peel, Richard Elliott Jr., Christopher Elliott, and Stacy Elliott will serve as Active Pallbearers.

The Public Visitation will be held 11AM-1PM Monday at the funeral home. 

PLEASE NOTE:  Due to current restrictions, masks must be worn, by all in attendance for the Public Visitation and Funeral Service; and social distancing guidelines must be followed.  Also, please note that immediate family and friends will have priority seating for the funeral service.
