Joey L. Frederick

Joey L. Frederick, age 43, of Kings Mountain, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at UK Regional Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky.  Born Monday, July 25, 1977 in Liberty, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Lowell Edward Wall and the late Elsie Myrtle Allen Frederick.  Joey previously worked at Toyota and BPI.  Joey attended Calvary Tabernacle in Jesus Name Church and enjoyed working on cars and doing carpentry work.

Joey leaves behind two daughters, Dana Corns of Kings Mountain, and Misty Downs (Dustin) of Danville, Kentucky; four grandchildren,  Abby Downs, Emily Downs, Morgan Downs, and Megan Downs all of Danville; one brother, Wesley Wall of Kings Mountain; two sisters, Marquita Allen (Joe) of Perryville, Kentucky, and Ginger Coleman of Stanford, Kentucky; special friends, Thomas, Tom, and Merlin Rector and families; and several nieces and nephews and other extended family members and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, Joey was preceded in death by one brother, Johnny Wall. 

A Public Visitation will be held 11AM-1PM Friday, May 7, 2021 at Barnett, Demrow & Friend Funeral Home

The Public Funeral Service will begin at 1:00PM Friday at the funeral home.  Sister Darlisa Holder will officiate the service.  The Funeral Service will be live streamed on Barnett, Demrow & Friend Funeral Home Facebook page.

Burial will follow at Gooch Cemetery.

PLEASE NOTE:  Due to COVID -19 regulations, face coverings must be worn by all in attendance for the Public Visitation and the Funeral Service; and social distancing guidelines must be followed.
