Joda Curlis

Joda Curlis, 71, of Stanford, KY passed away on Friday, April 29, 2022 at home with his family by his side. He was born Wednesday, January 17, 1951 in Stanford to the late Joseph Barkley and Francis Mobley Curlis. Joda was a long-time employee of Owens Construction and Todd Johnson Contracting and loved fishing.

Survivors include his wife; Linda Martin Curlis of Stanford, KY, two sons; Brandon Curlis (Sandra) of Stanford, KY and Barrett Curlis (Niki) of Centerville, OH, two daughters; Brooke Hazlett (Billy Jack) and Pam Stephens both of Stanford, KY, three sisters; Sheila Skidmore (Richard) of Jackson, TN, Ella Mae Curlis, and Penny Greer (Wayne) both of Stanford, KY, ten grandchildren; McKayla Taylor, Olivia Coffey, Zack Hazlett, Tate Curlis, Emma Hazlett, Robert Stephens Jr., Reed Curlis, Tripp Curlis, Rhett Curlis, and Kelby Curlis, and several nieces, nephews, and other special friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Cremation Rites have been honored. A public visitation will be held on Monday, May 2, 2022 from 12-2pm at Fox & FRIEND Funeral Home in Stanford, KY. Memorial service will begin at 2pm with Bro. Richard Skidmore and Kinney Noe officiating.
