Devin Lynne (Manns) Mansfield, age 33, passed away on Thursday, October 31, 2024. Devin was born Wednesday, November 7, 1990, in Frankfort, Kentucky, to Sheryl Sue (Williams) Baunach (Norb) & Ricky Lee Manns. Devin grew up in Frankfort, before moving to Lexington, Kentucky. She attended high school at Mars Hill Academy and finished her senior year through Penn Foster. After high school, she attended Lexington Beauty School.
In addition to her parents, Devin is survived by her husband, Timothy Scott Mansfield; sons, Braylon Manns, Haydon Mansfield, Asher Mansfield-Dyche; daughter, Kenzleigh Mansfield; mother, Sheryl Sue (Williams) Baunach (Norb); father, Ricky Lee Manns; brother, Shane Manns; and a good friend, Olivia Curtis, whom she often referred to as her “Sister”.
Devin was preceded in death by one son, Zane Matthew Mansfield; maternal grandparents, Gloria Sue (Ruddy) Mann & George Vernon Williams; and paternal grandparents, Anthony “Sonny” Manns and Elizabeth “Libby” Manns.
Devin loved animals, of all kinds, and would frequently bring a new one home in which to care for. Devin also loved the other family in her life that loved her babies as much as she did; and would like to acknowledge Tracie & Robin Kern, Elizabeth Dyche and Janice Dyche (Pink Memaw), Barbara Reynolds (Ammaw), and Bill Reynolds (Poppy).
The family would like to give many thanks to UK Hospital ICU 12th Floor and Dr. Sami A. El-Dalati, for the care that was given to Devin during her final days here on earth.
Cremation Rites honored.
A Public Visitation will be held 4-7PM Thursday, November 14, 2024, at Harrod Brothers Funeral Home, 312 Washington Street, Frankfort, KY 40601.
A Public Graveside Memorial Service & Burial will be held 1:00PM Saturday, November 16, 2024, at Mt. Moriah Christian Church Cemetery, 8545 KY Hwy 1247, Stanford, KY 40484. Elder Lee Hunter, of North Broadway Christian Church in Lexington, Kentucky, will officiate the service.
In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to the Woodford County Humane Society, Versailles, Kentucky, or Tyson’s Chance in Shelbyville, Kentucky.
