Del H. Carr, Jr.

Del H. Carr, Jr., age 70, of Waynesburg, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at Stanford Crossing in Stanford, Kentucky. Born Friday, January 28, 1955, in Fort Knox, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Del Harrington Carr, Sr. and the late Yasuko Miyake Carr. Del previously worked as a store manager for Frisch’s restaurant.  Del was a sports fanatic, where he loved March Madness, the NFL, and was an avid University of Kentucky fan.  Del also enjoyed cooking and 70’s music. 

Del leaves behind four sisters, Barbara Nelson of Cantonment, Florida, Judy Hansford of Clarksville, Tennessee, Jeanie Myers of Cantonment, and Kimberly Konecny, of Cantonment; nephew, Shawn Myers of Waynesburg; niece, Jaimie Hill of Clarksville; and great nieces and nephews, Kennon Bryan, Kaylie Barnes, Jessi-Lynn Barnes, and Hayden Konecny.

Cremation Rites have been honored.
