David Bradley McMullin

David Bradley McMullin, 78, of Waynesburg, KY passed away on March 8, 2023. Born on Wednesday, October 18, 1944 in Lincoln County, KY to the late W.B. & Margie McMullin, he worked as truck driver for most of his life, and loved the outdoors, hunting, and fishing. David was a devoted father, brother, and friend who never met a stranger. He was a Vietnam Veteran having served in the United States Army from April 9, 1963-November 17, 1968.

David is survived by his daughter, Cathryn Reynolds (Jayme) of Nancy, KY; his sisters, Phyllis Reed of Circleville, OH, and Jean Henry of Louisville, KY; several nieces and nephews; and a host of wonderful friends. David will be truly missed by so many. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two special brother-in-laws, Harold Reed and Earl Henry.

A one day service has been scheduled for Monday, March 13, 2023 at Barnett, Demrow, & FRIEND Funeral Home in Waynesburg, KY. Public visitation will be held from 10:30am – 12:30pm with funeral service beginning at 12:30pm. Burial, with Full Military Honors, will follow in Mill Springs National Cemetery at 2:30PM Monday. 

Active pallbearers will be: Max Nida, Donna Sue Nida, Charlie Vickers, Jayme Burton, Roger Stiltner, and Richard Vickers. Honorary pallbearer is Mickey Slone.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Polly Ann Baptist Church and/or a charity of one’s choice.
