Betty Jane (McAninch) James

Betty Jane James, age 72, a resident of Stanford Care and Rehabilitation in Stanford, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, August 14, 2019.  Born Monday, November 4, 1946 in Danville, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Clayton & Jane Elizabeth Lane McAninch.  Betty worked, for many years, as a Cashier at Walmart and enjoyed collecting Betty Boop memorabilia. 

Betty leaves behind one son, Richard Ray James (Misty) of Acworth, Georgia; one brother, Marvin Theodore “Teddy” Stafford of Yosemite, Kentucky; one sister, Vickie Lynn Bay of Yosemite; aunt and caregiver, Roberta Phillips of Stanford; aunt, Nellie Means of Liberty; and several nieces and nephews.

Cremation Rites have been honored.  A Memorial Service will be held 12PM-4PM Saturday, September 28, 2019, at 180 Bratcher Hollow Road, Liberty, KY 42539.
