Ben H. Livengood

Benjamin Harrison Livengood, 80 of Stanford Kentucky, passed away Sunday November 17, 2019. Bennie was born November 26th, 1938 in Ashville, North Carolina, Bennie retired from Wabash College where he was in charge of the heating & cooling department. While working & taking care of his Family & building their forever home, Bennie attended night classes at Purdue University where he got his engineering degree.

Dad was a simple man, the smartest & most innovative Man we ever knew, he had a big heart & would help anybody out, he was a hard worker & supported his Family with lots of love unconditionally.

Bennie is preceded in death by his Wife Doris K. Livengood (Taylor), Bennie’s brother Bill Livengood. They were married on April 13th, 1959. Bennie has three sons, Darrel Wayne (Teresa) Fort Wayne, IN, Greg (Retta) Greenfield, IN, Ben H., Duffield, Virginia, Kay Ludwig (Livengood), (Will) Franklin, IN,

Ben has 7 grandchildren, Matthew Wayne, Shelby Ann, Cody Michael, Nicholas Arbuckle, Levi Harrison, Benjamin Harrison, III, Mitchell Lee & one great grandson Maximilian Harrison

Services will be held at Barnett, Demrow & Friend Funeral Home in Waynesburg, Kentucky this Wednesday November 20th, 2019 at 2:00 PM. Burial will be in the Olive Cemetery. A reception at the Kentucky Depot Restaurant in Stanford KY will follow the service.

Pallbearers will be Darrel, Greg, Benjamin Jr, Matthew, Cody, Benjamin III, Mitchel, Nicholas.
