Ruby C. Ritchie

Ruby C. Ritchie, 80, of Waynesburg, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, December 22, 2018. Born Sunday, May 8, 1938 in Waynesburg, she was the daughter of the late Hassel and Matilda Bastin Caudill. Ruby was the widow of the late Ralph Curtis Ritchie, whom preceded her in death March, 27, 2012. She attended Elizabethtown First Church of God in Franklin, Ohio. Ruby enjoyed upholstering furniture, crocheting, as well as many other crafts, yard sales and exploring lighthouses with Ralph. She loved to cook and bake and was well known for her homemade German Chocolate cake.

Ruby leaves behind several nieces and nephews who mourn her passing.

In addition to her husband and parents, Ruby was preceded in death by two brothers, Willie Caudill and Richard Caudill; and five sisters, Myrtle Owens, Dorothy Sims, Glenna Falconberry, Kathleen Wallen and Iva Dean Fields.

A Funeral Service will be held 2PM, Saturday, December 29, 2018 at Dalton Funeral Home, Germantown, Ohio with Rev. Gary Ashley officiating. A Visitation will be held 12:00PM till service time at the Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Germantown Union Cemetery.

There will also be a Visitation held 6-8PM, Thursday, December 27, 2018 at Barnett, Demrow and Friend Funeral Home, Waynesburg.
