Jerry Kidwell

Jerry Kidwell, age 52, of Neal’s Creek Road in Stanford, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, May 23, 2019 in Danville, Kentucky.  Born Wednesday, September 21, 1966 in Danville, he was the son of Phyllis Kidwell of Richmond, Kentucky, and the late Jerry Dale Stull.  Jerry was the widower of the late Jamie Vineyard Kidwell.  Jerry was a skilled general laborer and attended Stanford First Church of God.  Jerry loved chickens and dogs, enjoyed riding horses, and was a great cook.  Jerry also enjoyed taking care of his uncle, Ira Kidwell; and will be remembered for his kind heart to everyone whom he met. 

Jerry leaves behind one son, Kyle Kidwell of Pennsylvania; one step-daughter, Jessica Grinnell of Arizona; four grandchildren; one brother, Wally Herring of Athens, Tennessee; one sister, Tonya Nestor (Tony) of Lexington, Kentucky; three aunts and uncles, Wanda Hawley of Crab Orchard, Kentucky, Ira Kidwell of Stanford, and June Morgeson of Burgin, Kentucky; specials friends, Jackie Brewster and Kay Lee Monday; and several other extended family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his wife and father, Jerry was preceded in death by one daughter, Arianne Lee Kidwell. 

A Visitation will be held 4-7PM Saturday, May 25, 2019 at Fox & Friend Funeral Home with a Funeral Service beginning at 7:00PM.  Bro. Pete Gilliam will officiate the service.

A Graveside Service will be held 2:00PM Sunday, May 26, 2019 at Burgin Memorial Gardens with burial to follow the service.
