Jerry Thomas Dismuke Sr., age 77 , of Stanford, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday , July 17, 2018 at Stanford Care & Rehabilitation. Born Wednesday, April 30, 1941 in Harrodsburg, Kentucky, he was the son of the late John & Lillian Epperson Dismuke. Jerry was a retired factory worker at ATR. In his spare time he loved to fish, play golf and enjoyed watching sports.

Jerry leaves behind one son, Jerry Thomas Dismuke Jr. (Virginia) of Lincoln County; one daughter, Tamatha Lynn Castle (Brian) of Stanford , Kentucky; four grandchildren, Summer Dismuke- Huber, Laci S. Jordan, Holly B. Jarboe and Heather R. Jarboe; seven great- grandchildren, Hunter C. Dismuke, Kayleigh J. Dismuke, Rylan G. Montgomery, Addyson B. Jordan, Adalyn B. Jordan, Scarlet A. Huber, Seamus M. Huber and Baby J due August 2018;one brother, Charles “Butch” Dismuke (Rosina) of Junction City, Kansas.

In addition to his parents, Jerry was preceded in death by two sisters; Sara Warner and Patsy Baxter.

Cremation Rites have been honored.
