Everette Ray Williams

Everette Ray Williams, age 57, of Richmond, Kentucky, passed away July 20, 2018. Born Wednesday, March 29, 1961 in McKinney, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Paul & Alma May Williams Cress. His loving wife, whom he married August 29, 1991, is Nanette Williams. Ray was a US Army Veteran. He attended Living Water Worship Center. In his spare time he was an avid UK Basketball fan and loved to drive the van for Vacation Bible School.

In addition to his wife, Ray leaves behind three sons, Harvey Stratton (Amanda) of Richmond, Joe Stratton of Danville and Joshua Stratton (Laura) of Richmond; one daughter, Shelly Hamilton of Stanford; four grandchildren, Breanna Stratton, Cheyenne Denton, Sierra Denton and Brooklyn Stratton; one brother, Rick Williams (Kim) of Pine Knot; three sisters, Gail Ford (Brent) of Pine Knot, Charlotte Salyers of Kings Mountain and Cindy Murphy of West Virginia.

In addition to his parents, Ray was preceded in death by one brother, Ronnie Williams.

A Funeral Service will be held 1:00PM Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at Barnett, Demrow & Friend Funeral Home with Brent Ford officiating the service. Following the service cremation rites will be honored.

The Visitation will be held 5-8PM Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at the funeral home.
