Dale Smith

Dale Smith, age 38, of Stanford, Kentucky, passed away Monday, December 23, 2019 at UK Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky.  Dale was born Saturday, September 5, 1981 in Danville, Kentucky.  Dale enjoyed spending time with his children, motor cross dirt bike racing, fishing, and being outdoors.

Dale leaves behind his wife, Brandy Dortch Smith of Crab Orchard, Kentucky; one son, David Kaiden Dale Smith of Stanford; one daughter, Taylor Renee Storm Smith of Stanford; mother, Florence Fletcher Naylor of Stanford; step-father, Richard Naylor of Stanford; four brothers, Matthew Aaron Smith (Bethany) of Versailles, Kentucky, Logan Tyler Smith (Courtney) of Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, Solomon Lee Smith of Lexington, Kentucky, and Jason Dufour (Becky) of Ashtabula, Ohio; two sisters, Amanda Gonzalez (Arnulfo) of Smithfield, North Carolina, and April Dufour of Ashtabula; step-brother, Michael Naylor (Brittany) of the Highland community of Lincoln County, Kentucky; step-sister, Vanessa Naylor of Hustonville, Kentucky; and several extended family members and friends who mourn his passing. 

Dale was preceded in death by his father, David Lee Smith.

Cremation Rites have been honored.  A Public Memorial Service will be held 7:00PM Thursday, January 2, 2020 at Fox & Friend Funeral Home with Bro. Calvin Smith officiating the service.

The Visitation will be held 5-7PM Thursday at the funeral home.
