Aaron Ladell Coulter, age 45, of Stanford, Kentucky, joined his other family members gone on before him on Friday, December 13, 2019. Born Wednesday, July 10, 1974 in Danville, Kentucky, he was the son of Sue T. Coulter of Danville. His loving wife, whom he married Saturday, November 19, 2016, is Denise Cochran Coulter of Stanford. Aaron worked for 20 years, as a cook, at Lee’s Famous Recipe in Stanford. Aaron was a Duke Blue Devils fan, loved to fish, and took pride in his cooking.
In addition to his wife and mother, Aaron leaves to cherish his memory two sons, Landon Chase Myers of Parksville, Kentucky, and Ivory DeAaron Coulter of Stanford; two step-children, Michael and Faith of Stanford; father and mother-in-law, Dennis & Melva Cochran of Stanford; special cousins, Melissa Whitis (Christopher) of Stanford, and Robert L. “Boo” Coulter (Tammy) of Nicholasville, Kentucky, James Hodgens II of Stanford, and Charles Coulter of Brooklyn, New York; special friends Robert & Tajuana Lane of Brodhead, Kentucky; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family members and friends who mourn his passing.
Aaron was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Samuel Coulter; two aunts, Fredia Stevenson and Regina Ballard; two uncles, Samuel Wayne Coulter and James Hodgens I; and several cousins.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held 1:00PM Saturday, December 21, 2019 at Stanford Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Hubble Cemetery. Active Pallbearers will be: Robert L. “Boo” Coulter, Christopher Whitis, Richard Alford, Dennis Cochran, Travis Lane, James “Boo Boo” Alcorn, Steven Denson, and James Hodgens II. Honorary Pallbearers will be: The Staff at Lee’s Famous Recipe in Stanford, Nick Ernst, and Scott Newcomb.
Visitations will be held 5-8PM Friday, December 20, 2019 and after 11AM Saturday at the church.
