Your feedback

We are always interested in hearing from the families that we serve.  Please take a moment to let us know how well we served you in your time of need. We very much appreciate your feedback.

I have to say this was the most meaningful and honorable end of life celebration I've ever been to. The staff, every single one, John David, Kerry, everyone at Barnett, Demrow and Friend were amazing. They did a great job in every area of the services for my daddy, Zora and so comforting to me, thank you so very much, and to Bro Walter Bowling, what a blessed message you delivered.

I can’t say enough good things about Fox & Friend. John David and his staff were all helpful to our family during a very difficult time. They were all very compassionate with our entire family. I highly recommend them if you need services in the Stanford area. They went above and beyond. Can’t thank them enough!

We lost my dad early on a Saturday morning. I can not express in words the amount of kindness and respect they showed for my dad and family through the entire process. Mr Kerry Jones was incredibly comforting and understanding of our needs and the pain our family was going through. He sang and played the guitar my dad’s favorite song; Go Rest High on the Mountain.

Back home in Oregon now and still impressed and very grateful for his kindness and ability to laugh with our odd sense of humor (a gift from our dad). Thank you Mr Jones (and staff) from the bottom of my heart and my family. You’ve forever left an impression on me and left me with a fond farewell to my dad.

Thank you to John David and the entire Fox and Friend staff. Your
sincere concern for our family after the loss of our Dad was evident
from beginning to end. You prayed with us, laughed with us as we
reminisced about him, and were there to provide everything we needed. The video you put together was perfect and something that we will always cherish. We were all blessed by your loving-kindness. From the bottom of our hearts- Thank You.

Thank you again for taking such wonderful care of the Bertram family and George.  You and your entire staff became part of that family a
few weeks ago.  You all were wonderful from the moment you walked into the house (when he passed).  You have shown compassion and love
for Rosie and the entire family.  The little things, from the quilt
you used that evening (he passed), the patience yet thoroughness of
the planning of the services, and the days of the services that
included the extra help of Steve and all his pillows and walker, and
taking Rosie by the arm.  Those little things were noticed and so
appreciated.  It was an overwhelming weekend with so many people
coming and the visitation going so smoothly as well as the service
on Saturday.  Rosie, Steve, and Mike have said numerous times how
perfect it was.  There is a void not having Papa with us here on
earth but we are rejoicing that he is without pain and that he was
honored in such a beautiful way. I know this is "your job" but not
everyone goes that extra mile and I just felt I needed to let you
know how much that extra mile or extra two miles were appreciated.
Again, thank you! May God continue to bless you as you do your work
of comforting those at one of the hardest times in life.

When my dad pass away July 3,2016 they came to house to pick up my dad. They really took care of him when he was in their care. They are the most friendly people I never met. John's wife-she is a nice lady in the world. John is the most fun man on earth. Janet is the most caring woman to talk to. Kerry is a nice guy to chat with. They are my family friends.

The night my Mom passed away you came to my sisters house to pick Mom up late at night. It was the hardest thing us kids had to go through. But you made it so special for us. You wrapped her in a beautiful hand made quilt. You sat with us, prayed with us. Then when we came to make arrangements the next day you prayed with us again. You helped us make everything go as smoothly as it could go. Then as we all gathered together for the family visit for the first time, we all gathered with the staff and my family and prayed before we saw our Mom for the first time in a casket. You all stayed right with us. You made sure we were happy with everything. I will never forget the love, support, kindness you gave us during such a difficult time. Thank you from all of my family. During this time you all became part of our family.
