Landon Christopher Brennan, became God’s little angel on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at Ephraim McDowell Fort Logan Hospital in Stanford. He was the baby boy of Rebecca Brennan of Stanford.
Other survivors included maternal grandparents, Christopher Brennan of New York State and Sheryl Connely of Georgia; and special friends, Gail Vivian Griffin, Zachary Griffin (Alysia Cum), and Melissa Griffin all of Stanford.
A Graveside Service will be held 12PM Thursday, December 7, 2017 at Berry Hollow Cemetery in Stanford. Burial will immediately follow the service.
